Shaft: 45# STEEL. Cold-drawn steel S235JRG2 (EN10027-1); ST37 (DIN17100); E24 (AFNOR NFA 35501).
Tube: Q235. DIN2394 standard, the material is ST37 conforming to DIN 17100 standard.
Bearing housing: Cold stamping processing conforms to ISO M7 precision, cold rolling and calibration. The raw material conforms to DIN1623-1624 standard.
Inner sealing ring: NYLON6 (ISO Pa6).
Bearing: Deep groove ball bearing (clearance class C3) of DIN 6263 series. Labyrinth seal: 3-groove type, material ISO PA6 (nylon 6).
Cover: Cold impacted by deep-drawn steel EU 10111-DD13.
Outer sealing ring: Rubber sliding V-ring, wear-resistant, low-friction, ozone-resistant NBR nitrile butadiene rubber.
Protective cover: Mechanical protective bushing to prevent stone impacts. The material is POM polymer or anti-corrosive zinc, aluminum, and copper alloys. Lubricating grease: Water-proof and dust-proof NLGI grade 2 or 3 lithium-based grease is used during assembly for long-term lubrication.
Roller protection: Various types of painting, plastic spraying, galvanizing, and anti-rust tectyl oil.
