The sealing structure for corrosive media is analyzed using FEA finite element method, and the fluoroplastic lining thickness is ≥3mm; the material selected is Hastelloy C-276 (iron roller shell) + EPDM chemical corrosion resistant rubber; the PTFE coating resistance to strong acids and alkalis is tested in accordance with ASTM D543 standard; the testing process includes corrosion resistance testing with an electrochemical workstation, sealing performance testing with a helium mass spectrometer, and coating aging test completed using a QUV accelerated aging instrument.
