Industry Needs & Pain Points:
Mining environments face extreme conditions such as rock cuttings impact, acid corrosion, and dust abrasion. Traditional components are prone to fatigue fracture, coating peeling, and load failure.
Application Scenarios:
Covering the entire process of ore mining, crushing, and transportation, suitable for conveyor systems in underground tunnels, open-pit mines, and ore processing plants.
Key Products:
Impact-resistant idlers, acid and alkali-resistant rollers, and dust-enhancing cleaners.
Reasons for Trust:
Supported by 7 patented technologies, ISO/CE dual certification, MT821 mining safety certification, zero failures in millions of load tests, and a full lifecycle ID traceability system ensuring controllable quality.
Customized Service Plan:
In the design phase, ANSYS Workbench is used for rock cutting impact stress analysis to optimize the fatigue resistance design of the idler roller structure; the material selection is carbon steel substrate + alumina + silicon carbide ceramic composite coating (surface hardness HRC65), with Hastelloy material used for acid and alkali resistant rollers; the coating process adopts plasma spraying technology, the PTFE coating thickness is controlled at 80-120μm, and the coating bonding strength is ≥30MPa; in the testing phase, ultrasonic testing of welds (ASTM E1316 standard) and verification of accuracy of ±0.005mm by coordinate measuring machine are performed, and a million-cycle load test is completed by MTS hydraulic servo testing machine.
