Pulley is one of the important components of belt conveyors. The pulleys with the following characteristics:

1. The connecting plate is integrally cast by lost foam casting technology, which has balanced stress and high strength.

2. Keyless connection (expansion sleeve is used for drive pulleys and interference fit is used for bend pulleys), greatly reducing the failure probability of the shaft.

3. The pulley shell is made by rolling steel plates with good material quality and guaranteed radial runout.

4. Conduct static balance tests one by one to ensure smooth operation.

5. The proprietary vulcanized rubber layer improves the friction and wear resistance of the pulley, effectively increasing the service life of the pulley.

6. Adopt advanced finite element analysis method for optimized design to make high-strength drums reliable in performance and guaranteed in quality.

Classification of pulleys:

1. Driving pulleys are crucial components for transmitting power. The pulleys come in smooth surface and rubber surface type. The rubber surface can be further divided into smooth rubber, herringbone rubber, and rhombic rubber to meet different process requirements.
